DHL doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Physical private or business addresses only.

All orders are delivered Monday-Saturday (Saturdays to private residences only) during business hours 9 am – 5 pm. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

DHL will provide you with options such as changing the delivery address or choosing a delivery date that suits you while your parcel is in transit. You can make changes directly on the DHL website. All you need is your tracking number. We can’t, however, take responsibility for any lost or post-delivery damaged parcels as your parcel is delivered according to your instructions.

You will receive a tracking notification directly from DHL by email and SMS (text message). From there you can navigate your parcel’s journey.
